Changes from previous years
There will be no Section B in NEET 2025, meaning the optional questions introduced during COVID-19 have been removed. Additionally, the extra time that was previously given due to the optional questions is no longer available. Candidates must now attempt all 180 questions, as there will be no choices or flexibility in selecting questions.
